Professor Lisa Miller, Esq
Professor Lisa Miller is a civil litigator and chief executive officer of Lex Law Corp. She keeps client interests front and center and works efficiently to control client costs.She pursues civil litigation in state and federal courts and administrative settings and has obtained victories in all forums. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all state courts of California and New York.
Prof. Miller is also an experienced arbitrator and administrative judge for professional and business licenses, financial industry conflicts, personnel matters, code enforcement, animal control, cannabis, and other matters. She has heard cases in both northern and southern California.
A lecturer and author, Prof. Miller speaks and writes on ethics and technology, 1st Amendment, and administrative law. The American Bar Association will be publishing Mrs. Miller’s authoritative administrative law practice guide, “Winning Ways”, in 2019. The Wall Street Journal and the American Bar Association have referenced her ethics articles and she has been quoted in the Los Angeles Times. As sole author, her educational piece on cryptocurrency and attorney ethics was the cover story for the December 2018 issue of the Los Angeles Lawyer magazine published by the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
She is a visiting lecturer at several universities in the European Union, teaching international dispute resolution, international intellectual property, and American Legal Theory.
